I was pretty bored and made this "Trainer".
What do you think about this? And what dvars should I add (that dont need sv_cheats "1")?

You can do this in C# or VB.net aswell:
It's just a struct that contains all the DVAR values with names/value type and such.
From what I've found so far it's: 2A1AC38 that is the Dvar strucct address.
And from there you can find the stuff you want
