Private server question

So, I know for sure that on private servers from dayz you can spawn items since I saw one doing that, so if the admins can , so we can right ?
If you guys know admin commands besides #shutdown and crap posted on google let me know.

In Dayz SA client can't spawn items. If one wants to spawn something he has to configure his server first in order to be able to do so. Since modding is forbidden for SA no one is able to do that on legit servers. And there's not really that much besides kicking and banning that an admin can do.

Nobody is able to do actually spawn-in items in-game, without hacking though.
