What sort of non prescription pills do you take? And why?

Every morning I take 450mg of Caffeine Pills, then in the afternoon, I take another 450mg just to stay awake. I have insomnia, and I'll usually get 1~ hour of sleep a night, but I've grown a tolerance to coffee, and I NEED caffeine to function, so I stopped drinking that.

When I need to sleep, I'll usually take 250mg of Phenibut right before bed. (I highly recommend this for people who have insomnia, stress, troubles with sleeping, or want to experience vivid dreams)

TBH i dont think you should be discussing this. It's really not "cool" to pop pills. I've realized that. If you take them, it's your own personal business, and I don't think you need to share it with the rest of mpgh.

I don't take any pills because it's not me but I don't judge or mind people who do. I have friends online and offline who do it

I take Adderall and Caffine Pills if I get backed up on work and projects I take Valium or Xanax if I need to cool down or if my depression kicks up

I rarly take pills only as a last resort when Im all out of options
