Tracking facebook accounts?

So there is this cunt that uses a fake profile to post shit about me and my friends.

Was wondering if there is anyway someone can track it and find out his main account.

His account details is pretty secure, minimal details of him is displayed in his facebook page.

And why don't you just report the facebook account for fake and that it's mainly dedicated to offend you and your friends?
-Knowing who it is can just cause more trouble than needed and who knows, maybe you are in search of revenge. (doesn't make you any better)

So go on and report the user, as IP addresses and such are mainly kept on their side and has nothing with you to do. So thare is a very low chance of you getting their IP or other information. (This is due to privacy laws, that their forced to protect this data unless you agreed to sharing your data)

too ez, just use the same method as getting ip from steam/ other online messenger.
use wireshark or something (forgot) and send a message to that fag. boom

Just report the account and tell your friends to do the same. It will most likely be banned pretty quickly

Already tried reporting. It's been 2 days and they've not done anything yet :l

Remember that Facebook get's alot of reports they have to process. Just wait a little and it might end up sooner or later. They should always give you an response to your report. (Like: You're report has been handled, we've closed the account)
