How do you make the Custom guns in Combat arms?

I've been seeing alot of Custom Guns and knifes, such as the Arctif Wolf mod and i was wondering how do you do it?????????


Is their a special Programe or sumthing, if their is could someone please provide, Oh and where is the thank you button??????
