ok so.. I'm new in modding and I want some weapon look like another (L96a1 to L96a1 Artic Wolf)
and so I have rezXtract and can I unpack [(expl.) GUNS_M_PV_AR] with it if no, plz tell me whit witch one(thx) and 1 more thing. Ummm.... how can I pack it back after changes(what program). Thx.

SR is for sniper rifle
AR is foe assault rifle
MG is for machine gun
etc
etc
etc

I said what program do I need to use for Extract? And what for Pack? Up and what for change(make one weapon looks like another) models?
I know that SR = sni-per rifles
AR = assault rifles
and so on..

Its rezxtract to 'unpack' the files and rezinject to put them back in.

You open rezinject, then click the "..." button near the top.
Browse for the .rez ur trying to inject into and double click it.
Now click add under the empty box. Search for your .ltb or .dtx. now click inject at the REALLLY bottom of the program

um It says error while loading .rez file =S?
ok what do I do. First i unpack with RezXtract by B1ackAnge1, then I replace the names of few files(from famas to m417) (umm what kind do i have to change? umm there are some CW, PWMSH and PWMLA and so on) and at the end I open the RezInject I browse the GUNS_M_PV_AR.rez(I get error there) and what should I add there all files or just the changed 1 (and I get epic error LOL tragic error =D)

Well, first of all. WTF? It shouldn't have an error when you select a .rez file to inject into. And if u want to know, u only have to switch the PVMLA between the PVMLA_W files if u want a model change, but replacing all of them works too.

so I have to change PWMLA or PWMLA_W? nwm I'll try both

and yea in PWMLA and PWMLA_W there aren't all weapons =S (m417 and some are missing)
