The only negative is the reg plate on a fully upgraded car has '11ZERO11' on it, at one of my armoured Kuruma's does. If there were grasses who don't understanding modding, this might be an issue.

Character flashing is usually due to lag connecting to the game server, possibly caused by said mod. Not 100% sure tho

There's other menus you can use to change the plate text. Then nobody would even have a clue.

This works perfectly fine. If you didn't want levels, why would you use the raise level function? Just delete your character and raise another.
