Try restarting your computer and then launch gta change the lvl then come back here and tell me if it works

You know how to backup level bcz at the screen it get backup and when you check again in player it don"t change

No but it don't show correct lvl

It is patched and when u change with mod menu the game will crash or when u change with cheat engine it changes to ur desired level but it will change back to original in a min

As far as I know just down ranking doesn't work anymore.
