Well the last time I used a tapper. Was Spikes eTap and I didn't have to have it in the Ca folder.
You also have to remember that Tappers can be patched so this may be the case. Which programs are you using?
Thank me if I helped
Hey guys of MPGH. I have tried two tappers so far and put them into my CA folder, pressed the hotkey and then nothing... Complete and utter failure.
Well the last time I used a tapper. Was Spikes eTap and I didn't have to have it in the Ca folder.
You also have to remember that Tappers can be patched so this may be the case. Which programs are you using?

1. if your using Vista or Win7, run as admin.
2. Start the program before you start CA, sometimes thats the problem.
3. I'm not really sure how they can get patched... they just open a CMD tat pauses your internet... and closes it when u press "stop" hotkey... so...
Im so pro i can tap without a fking tapper
laptop would be easy , plug out from the back but my modem is pro, got a on / off button, 5 sec delay for on tho >.<
Ive got a "Built in Tapper" im pro to i have a internet "on or off button" too! AWESOME!
Manual tap- found this somewhere, shifty...
1.download devcon and install, im not gonna give a link cos u ppl prob wont even try.
its a microsoft program.
2. put in system32 folder
3. go in command prompt type :devcon find *> list.txt
4. find ur internet/ethernet card
5. type in c:\>devcon find *VEN_1113 (here VEN_1113 is the ethernet card, urs is prob diff, if it says 1 result found then ur good)
6.devcon disable *VEN_1113 -TAP
devcon enable *VEN_1113 -UnTAP
This manually turns off ur internet card... sounds shifty...
Lol microsoft programs aren't all that good. I wouldn't trust it.
I do too, on my laptop, but whenever I fuckin turn it off it fuckin minimizes my screen telling me all wireless radios now off! I KNOW THEY ARE WTF! And then it wastes my time, so instead of 10 seconds I only have 5. Anybody know how to remove this pop-up warning? I think it has something to do with ThinkVantage.
Try going to Wifi settings or sum thing like that.
rofl i would trust microsoft, most of my programs are from them
