Best Course of action call Rockstar or email (email is better if you don't have great people skills) them how you have a Hacker friend who uses Cheatengine and changes his name and also gave you a shit ton of money and you weren't hacking, and ask them if it is a crime to accept modded money or you can say an asshole modder was giving money to everyone on force by dropping $40,000 money bags and SELL ALL YOUR cars, ask a modder to give you money or give it to yourself or make it look reasonable by doing a couple heists after unban or just wait it out or wait for an unban mod.

If your account is banned for any reason, every GM of every game already knows you have a friend/cousin/uncle/neighbor/sister/dog/cat/canary that did the hacking on your account without your permission/while you were in the bathroom/at the store/watching tv in the other room/and every other excuse you can think of.
