Ok so i found out on one the addresses make it so that you can not look in car boat ect. if you remove this addresses it will work. 0x0090dc6d 0x0090dc6f 0x0090dc6e

it will make you look one way and you cant move your cam..

Haha yeah I've had this problem. I just Hit 'V' until I'm in first person view. Although this is cool to drive with, it's really bad to see what's around you or pop up to shoot. Although, makes you feel pretty bad ass. lol.
