i have had 2 accounts that have gotten banned. They will not give it back no matter what. i even had a video to contradict the game that they said i hacked and still am banned

Hackshield still has some issues with AVG and McAfee banning accounts for no reason..
If these are accounts that you have NEVER hacked on submit a ticket and they can be restored..
If you did hack on them bad luck, you will never get them back..
