    Why would you even hack on your main account. It's like 99% impossible to unbann it. Your best shot is a ticket explaining you didn't mean to and the program on your pc was a virus and blocked you without you using it. Try spamming them until you get some non-bot reply and maybe then just maybe you could pay to get your account unblocked.
