I don't know, it's some kind of cartoon called "anime" that's chinese

Yes. It's because I really like DB yet I never knew it was a "anime". In my country while I grew up there was no such thing called "anime" we referred to cartoons as well...cartoons. That's why I never classified cartoons as anime.

The reason why cartoon is anime in countries like China and other Asian countries is because they are "drawn" like cartoons are, its just they're bit more HD when it comes to that, just like Pokemon, Pokemon is an Asian anime AKA Cartoon for us.
