I Get This Error When Running Apache... My Skype Is Off

Did you restart your computer yet if so then try changing the port it uses... But to get into the database you need port 80... But try restarting.

now for the actual xampp it isnt asking for a username and password any idea as to why that is? im a workbench kinda guy not xampp

Ok now for that part when you load up the xampp page you wanna press security and then press the link in security and change the pass then go back to phpadmin and it should ask for login info..

One More Thing @Shadowlord13 My Server.exe even ran as admin says the port 80 is occupied i changed the skype ip and all that
any thoughts?

Did you switch apache back to 8080 port instead of the orig 80?
