Controlling anger is realizing the difference between a thought an an impulse, i have intrusive thoughts but don't act on them, start boxing, let it out, you only hurt yourself mentally and even physically (headaches, burst blood vessels from shouting) by getting angry, it solves nothing at all, all conflict in general does is prove everyone has a weakness, i don't get angry because i realise it actually has no positive effects, if it had a positive effect prisons wouldn't exist, people would just get mad and shout at offenders, anger really is pointless, revenge is a dish best served cold and anger only makes you completely obvious to said revenge.

Think about it, everyone who posted here just think about what i've said and you'll see it's actually pointless to get mad at anything, the silent ones are the most deadly, get revenge if some one pisses you off, don't get mad then get revenge that's just stupid, that's why having a docile personality is a good trait.
