Having the troubles with chams. People are invisible or very slightly visible. Hard to use. Anyone know a fix?

EDIT:
Just changed "chams" in the config/settings file to "chams=0" to turn them off. Would like a fix around the invisible people still.

It works, just a bit bugged:
-Cant switch from Dirty Bomb to another screen(like desktop)
-sometimes aims at teammates

would be great, if this could get more features, like wallhack
