Trade URL change from Trade Banned Account

I just opened the game and found that I was game banned (overwatch).
The game says global cooldown (permanent).
I have ~$18 worth of skins on CSGO Lounge that I want to get another copy of the game with.
The question here is: How can I withdraw my skins from CSGO Lounge with a trade banned account?

I know dude, it was my mistake, not valve's. I just want to find a way in wish I can get my skins into another account.
