Is there a way to either power lvl vehicle upgrades or change the values somehow?

Yes you can use Washed Out V2.1 and it'll be under vehicle editor or something like that, but when you go on races with it the parts will not save so you will have to manually buy it if you want to use those parts for races.

Enhanced native trainer is better. The "extra power" option lets you go faster than 160 without stopping your car on a dime and you can edit every single option as if at LSC.
