As it has come to my attention, that several people have posted Mature content (18+)
I am forced to make a legal protection statement, so as to prevent any sort of legal repercussions from angry parents, due to their children having access to mature content, without disclaimer or warning.
What you, as the poster must do:
If you wish to post mature content, YOU MUST CLEARLY, AND UNDERSTANDABLY label the thread with a warning.
IE: "Bla bla bla mod [WARNING EXPLICIT CONTENT (18+) ONLY]"
Failure to do so will result In the poster being banned.

To Users who view threads with mature content:
By accessing a thread with clearly labeled mature content, you give up all legal and non-legal claims & rights, and thus cannot hold the poster, the website and/or its staff accountable.

This goes in addition to the Terms of Service, and Disclaimers.
I hope this is well understood, and please abide by these rules to prevent any misfortunes. If these steps are not followed, all mature content will be removed permanently and any future posters banned.

Thank you liz for posting i was getting tired of all of these. If your playing with one a little sibling or other could come in the room and see these. First post 
Wish people wouldn't make those degrading mods in the first place.
I'm trying to reach a happy medium, i also think they have no place in a site where most of its users are under 18, but other people feel different, so as to absolve Dave and other staff, I had to make this disclaimer.
not that this is really gonna do anything, were all gonna go and see what it is anyway, but i understand why you had to do it.
