General
SSG has more damage and 10 rounds clips but preciosion isn´t very good
M24 has a better precision but low damage and 5 rounds clips
i think m24 is beter to long range and ssg is beter to close range

SSG is shit for close quarters. Neither rifle is particularly good in long range either and have bad accuracy in general, and significant bullet drop.
SSG is also definitely not worth paying for. I'd pick M24
If you want to snipe legit, get Aw50F. Same damage as Barrett, can defeat helicopters in 5 shots, shoots through vehicle windshields, don't need to be prone to shoot, chest-shot kills, 100% accuracy etc...auto accident;

I use m24 alot for no scoping.. does me good for being a default sniper rifle
