1.I seen the lurid client and i was wondering can you get in trouble for downloading a leaked client that you have to pay for?.
2.I have been using nyan client and it has alt db,but it worked for the first two days but now the alt db has been down for the last week.Any reasons why?

1) No. I think Lurid is free now and why should you get in trouble? Paid clients are against the ToS of Mojang -> they aren't even allowed to sell them 
2) Mojang tweeked the login system and migrated accounts stopped working (almost all of them are migrated)
