need help for a host !

do you know where i can find the best minecraft server host ??
what i mean is , price not to high , lot of speed and no lagg

can you guys help me or give me a list of hosts i can look into ?!

My friend uses Blackout hosting and he used to use Beast node im not good with hosts but that's all I can offer
