This is not a tutorial of how to make a complete signature! Just how to blend your render!

Make 5-6 copies of your render. (Leave the bottom one visible)
Make all copies of your render invisible
Set your smudge settings to:

Put in a lens flare on the background on the spot where your render is placed. (Filter > Render > Lens Flare)
Put the lens flare settings to:
Brightness: 130%
Lens type: 105mm Prime
Smudge the first Render layer evenly and put it to Linear Dodge (Add)

Make the second layer visible and smudge the outsides, leaving the insides a bit intact.

Make the next layer visible and smudge it evenly again. Put it on Linear Dodge
Make the next layer visible and smudge the parts that are left behind. (Like the back of the head and his right arm) And set the opacity on 40-70% to blend it with the other layers.

I REPEAT: THIS IS NOT A TUTORIAL ON HOW TO DO A FULL SIGNATURE! JUST HOW TO BLEND THE RENDER
