What does the middleman actually do?
The seller hands the item or account to an official MPGH middleman, who verifies and re-secures it. The buyer then pays the seller directly, the seller confirms payment, and the middleman delivers to the buyer and helps re-secure it.
How does the free automated flow work?
No middleman: the system decides who goes first (the more-established trader waits), then walks both of you through send → confirm → confirm. Everything is logged in the deal room.
Do you use Discord or Telegram?
NO. Middlemen and MPGH staff never use off-site chat. Every step of a transaction happens on MPGH.net - anyone contacting you elsewhere claiming to be staff is a scammer.
Something went wrong - am I protected?
Open your deal and hit “Report a problem”. The deal freezes as disputed and staff join the deal room to investigate. Deals and messages are permanently logged.
What does it cost?
Nothing - both the automated flow and the middleman service are free while the system is new.
