Office 365 (Upgrade existing account) & Grammarly Premium

Looking for reputable members on MPGH that can provide the following:
-Office 365 (Upgrade / Invite option, needs to be a permanent upgrade) primarily for OneDrive storage.
-Grammarly Premium (Not sure if there is any method to upgrade an existing account)

If anyone can do either one of both of them, I'd appreciate it.
