a VCC that will work for an address change in the United States Postal service

Exactly as the listing states.

I need to do an address change with the united states postal service, the USPS demands that the card be 1. Not a pre paid and 2. have the exact Name and Address as the billing for the card.

All the VCC's I know of and have will NOT work.

Anyone have one that will work?
