- All balances do not expire
- Refunds or balance credit are handled on a per request basis, if you believe there was an error with a API call please contact me immediately to have it resolved.

Crypto refunds are issued as the fiat (USD) equivalent at time of purchase.
Crypto refunds are issued as the original crypto amount.
