Test it by just going to main menu and putting in sv_cheats 1 then mat_wireframe 1

Then there's something wrong with 2 separately installed host computers with different versions of windows, and 2 separately installed VMs on this host computer (same version as this host). The free version, Visual Studio 2010 Express // Visual C++ 2010 Express, works fine. My apologies. I meant does the msvcp100.dll file need to be relocated? The .exe is in the same directory as the .cfg. I just tried it again on a different VM, and reinstalled the packages f
