Apparently I found the necessary codes and changed it to my desired value but it wouldn't work

If you max level your gun(any) with this hack/or with otherPrimary Weapon Unlockerin Call of Duty 9 - Black Ops 2 (BO2) Hacks & Cheats - The unlocker works well but I don't get how the headshot fix and editor works.
A brief description about it would help noob users like me! Thanks
