So you can use old exploits or re-enable lol enhancement suite patched mods.Downgrade league to any version!in League of Legends Guides - With this method you'll be able to downgrade to any version.
Step 1 - Find the system folder
Dig here: \Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\system
Step 2 - Open the cmd
Hold SHIFT + Right Click
Then hit OpeTahm Kench unlimited heal exploitin League of Legends Guides - Not sure if this is an exploit but I'm pretty sure it's a bug.
Don't know if this has been shared already but it basically allows Tahm to use heal whenever he has devour up.
