My thought is it's probably an issue with windows 8. Especially since it will go thru all the pbo's and list them. you have to hit "list pbos" and then select it then hit "hide", u cant just type it in assuming thts wht ur doing.
that is also aGriff-Hiderin ArmA 3 Hacks & Cheats - When i try to hide the devcon that im using it says "PBO not found!" but all the other files work. anyone know why?
