Actually now it seems to work :)
Only thing I did differently was I started the script before starting the game, I thouBorderlands 2 Cheat Compilation (Spawn Mod, Gold Chest, Drop Mod) [All DLC Update]in Borderlands 2 Hacks - It doesn't say anything, only lines in the debug log are these:
~Hooking Process: Borderlands2.exe (9536)
~Script Enabled!
First line immediately upon opening the file, second one when I click "enable".
