you need to download and install Cheat Engine.GobbleGum utility. V1.3in Call of Duty 12 - Black Ops 3 Hacks & Cheats - This utility transforms classic gum to mega gum.
so for example. if you select the classic gum Arms Grace in the bo3 menu then run this utility the Arms Grace turns into Perkaholic (or any other mega gum you want)
