Try take ownership of the files too, the one you're going to inject to, and the injector and the dlls.

Not sure what you mean by Remove DLL Header. Maybe what you are referring to is Erase PE? That removes the headers after the DLL is injected, the feature is already there.[/QUOTE]

just a recommendation maybe a more stronger "modify assembly code" and junk generation and you can maybe also add remove dll header?? :)
