Requests hacks herein Grand Theft Auto 5 (GTA V) Hacks & Cheats - Title: Car Modder
Purpose: Mod any car to player's choosing. More specifically, I want to be able to add Benny's Rims, Open Wheel Rims, and Unique Default Rims to Regular Cars
Type: preferably .exe, an external like kiddM1A Sniper Bullet Damagein Tom Clancy's The Division Hacks & Cheats - So I just tried it out and it didn't crash for me. The instructions are just that confusing.
You don't need a bypass for this.
Now I've encountered some problems. I don't know if it's just on my side or if it's on the CE Equivalent for Weapon Damage Mod from Extropy'sin The Division Discussions & Help - So I know It's kind of redundant to ask for something that's already out, but I'll ask if it's possible anyways.

Extropy isn't popping up in my game.
I'm using the latest one (v2.0) from UC, and I followed the instructions for it, but still nothing.
