Edit: I actually added him on Skype, he said how he is ''on another account, and how he removed the banned account from friends'', also, he started sounding strange mid-way in conversation acting like 'give Official - Ban Discussionin Grand Theft Auto 5 (GTA V) Discussions - I have checked all over the internet, nowhere does it say that somebody got VAC banned, nor that game is in any way connected to VAC system.
