The screenshot was enough, that is not an Overwatch ban it is an automatic "Untrusted" ban. You state in the edit that you forgot to toggle, but this type of ban should not happen what so ever. That is not an Overwatch ban, that is an "Account Untrusted" ban. It is caused when part of the in memory Counter Strike code is manipulated in such a way that causes a red flag in valves eyes.
