Highlight them with arrow keys.
Press right to activate, an(Leached) Win7 D3D Ava Hack Chams, CrossHair, No Fog. Full bright, asusin Alliance of Valiant Arms (AVA) Hacks & Cheats - Oh, and this may not apply to everyone, but make sure to disable the hacks before/after joining a game.
The screen flickers to the desktop at these times for me, and then doesn't reopen :P
