Go into combatarms/game and delete the following files:
CHARS_T_BODY.rez,
CHARS_T_HAND.rez,
GUNS_T_HH.rez,
GUNS_T_PV_AR.rez,
GUNS_T_PV_ETC.rez,
GUNS_T_PV_HAND.rez
* CHARS_T_HEAD.rez
