No, it doesn't.
It only works in SP. The actual recipe is checked by the server and requires you to have the materials online.

Read my last post, also if you are Unturned Recipe modingin Unturned Hacks & Cheats - I am currently unsuccessful at being able to provide creation of weapons. I think I may have to look into the assembly csharp and see if maybe recipes are mod-able via that route, it appears that i may have of gotten lu
