No one really knows. But somwhere between 1-2 days after release. Also dependent on quantity of downloads.
About the cheat, works great.PlanktonHook v1 - External Multihack [ Glow, Trigger, Bhop ]in Counter-Strike 2 Hacks - Just played a test MM game with it no vac ofc since it is a few hours after release. One of the better cheats right now.
