My injector says injected.......Nothing, no menu , nothing.

I have winrar, and when i first downloaded it, I rxSyR1Ng3x Final Build [Advanced injector] [*UPDATED* 11/9*]~in Combat Arms Spammers, Injectors and Multi Tools - right,
i did accidentally delete it (the .dll) , however when i redownloaded the injector, i deleted the whole injector first, then redownloaded and run the same way i did the first time when it worked, do you know thxSyR1Ng3x Final Build [Advanced injector] [*UPDATED* 11/9*]~in Combat Arms Spammers, Injectors and Multi Tools - Hey....some wierd shit,
