i've deleted theMW3 .NET External ESP v3.3 [1.9.441]in Call of Duty 8 - Modern Warfare 3 (MW3) Hacks & Cheats - am not sure what the problem or the fault is here as i doesn't matter what location i use or even running it admin the error still comes up the only downside is i don't have any idea what is wrong :S

ahhh i seems this problem is down to the newer nvidia drivers which supports FXAA i had to disable this to get it working :
