Not your level, you have to give yourself a lot of rp points to get a high level. I gave myself 413000 rp, hit numpad 5, and went from lvl 1 to 200.RP Editorin Grand Theft Auto 5 (GTA V) Hacks & Cheats - Just use for your main character, use numpad 4 and 6 to change your rp amount, then press numpad 5 to save it. Simple!
Example: RP = 415000 press numpad 5, and now you should have 415000 rp
