Rocket League - Steam Version - Edit Levelin Rocket League Hacks & Cheats - yup. Fucking Win10 added that stupid unblock box in general, didn't check it. Obviously no need for it to be in the Security tab... /arr
Edit: Attempted further fiddling with security settings, still no diceRocket League - Steam Version - Edit Levelin Rocket League Hacks & Cheats - New version throws permission error, have checked for Full Control Settings and running as Admin from desktop: "Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file."
