Great to see someone making new DF trainers, especially that quest reward cycler is perfect if it working correctly (I don't see it in v1.1, is it in 1.2 update?)

I think you opened up the Fixed.swf instead of the S.exe.
First open up S.exe, then press Ctrl+O in the S trainer. Then click Browse..., go to the directory and double click on F
