Actually, quite a lot of them do have mail. What they don't have is anti-spam. Sometimes Minecraft Server DDOSser (Crasher)in Minecraft Tools & Resources - I think this is a fake. Like OMG, I can DoS better with the same command under command prompt, except I will do 65500 bytes instead of 10000.
ping *ip* -t -l 65500
