I dont know u can try to change the deviceId of the haxton bot. Open the config.json file in the config folder and ediSoft-Bannedin Pokemon Go Discussions - If you have an IP-ban you can try to change your DeviceId.
eg. On Necrobot:
-go to config folder
-open the Auth.json file
-change a number/letter of the DeviceId
-restart bot
