To extract the DLL your going to need WinRar click the above link for the download(s)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR PLACING THE DLL

Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32

now Open up the file with WinRar

Move the dll file to your system32 folder

Alternative If the DLL still doesnt work

Don't Delete the dll file after you put it in the system32 folder

Take it back out and go bring it to desktop

Open up CombatArms Folder

Add the Dll into the Folder
